Take Note

Hello
For this post I’d like to share an altered shopping list pad that I made as far back as May to send to my friend Alison.
The focal is Crafty Individuals CI-347, yes, my favourite butterfly stamp. The butterflies were stamped onto paper I’d prepared some time ago using dissolved walnut ink crystals and my own homemade spray ink. Seam binding dyed with the same mix. I have a few more of those altered shopping list pads that I will be sharing over the next few weeks also, I still have other artwork that uses CI-347 to share with you which were made some time ago.
If you are a fan of Crafty Individuals, have you seen their latest Special Offer? Worth a look at.
Sorry I have been absent from visiting your Blogs, I am sure I am missing out on amazing artwork which I hope to be able to visit soon.
Wishes
Lynne

Hello Lynne, It’s beautiful. I do love butterflies and your dye is gorgeous on the seam binding. I don’t think I’ve ever seen shopping list pads with covers. I’ll have to look for some. I’m going to hop over to take a look at the Crafty Individuals site. Joyous Wishes, Linda

This is just so very beautiful and almost ethereal dear Lynne, love those small patches of paper inbetween, or did you use masking tape? It’s gorgeous no matter what! irascreacorner.blogspot.com

Your background is fabolous dear Lynne-
and with the lovely stamp in brown, it looks so beautiful,- You mixed those colours so fantastic, what a wonderful shopping list pad.
I love what Crafty Individuals offers, and have tryed to purchase ,but wondered if they have any dealer in Europe. I think they charge very much for sending the things, which made me draw back my order, as it was almost the same price for sending as for the pieces ordered.
    Warm hug,-and xx,
    Dorthe

The stamp is beautiful and the tiny text sublime , the graduation of colour is perfection, it would be sacrilege to write your shopping list inside such a gorgeous pad ! except if it where for champagne and oysters !!!!

Hi Lynne, I wanted to let you know that I finally purchased this butterfly stamp. I was thrilled to get my package and find that Crafty Individuals included a gift package with my order. I have to figure out how to mount them and then get busy. I did mention your name when I placed the order. Joyous Wishes, Linda
