Stepping Into The Past

Hello
For the month of January the majority of my posts will be relating to Valentine’s Day but I thought I would share with you a quick post of a tag that I made a few months ago. You might remember I shared a few cards, etc using the  Abraham Lincoln stamp set from Oxford Impressions , well at that time I also made a tag but then getting caught up with Halloween and then Christmas DT posts this one was overlooked.DIGITAL CAMERALifting the tag up reveals another tag beneath. second tag-001Thank You for taking the time to visit this post.
Wishes
Lynne

Just love those theatre bills you’ve used as the background – right up my street – and a wonderful sentiment for both tags!

A real beauty of a tag Lynne, the image on the front is beautiful, I love the tag within a tag idea. The distressing around the edges and the colour you have used gives the whole tag such a wonderful vintage feel. That really is a lovely set of stamps. Hugs, Anne x

Amazing what you create with humble tags dear Lynne! With the LINCOLN movie getting so much buzz these days I thought of Sally Field who plays Mrs L … your quote is perfect too!

What a most wonderful tag,-with the year added-and the bits of lace and papers.
The stamps are great, I love the stars , and that you have a story to tell, when you lift up the upper tag!
