Let me introduce you to The Stampsmith’s Maude. Maude is available as a single um or part of At The Theatre plate.
After gold embossing a scroll design on the brown script paper (all papers are from the Ella Blue pack) I then layered co-ordinating scraps. Painted a fabric bloom with old gold acrylic paint and then stamped French writing. Further embellishments were a length of lace and a decorative corner sticker. To tone down the colour of the sticker I dabbed on some Deoupaint Patina in Old White (available from The Altered Element). This paint which comes in a variety of colours is so useful for altering paper and metal embellishments.
