Meet Me For Christmas In Paris

The 1st of the month and time for a new challenge  at The Stampsmith Challenge but before I mention the new theme I want to say Thank You for any of you who participated in the first The Stampsmith Blog Hop and also a big thank you for the amazing Ribbon & Lace artwork. It was the toughest choice selecting my Top 3 but if you want to view the artwork I selected then you need to visit The Stampsmith Challenge Blog where the winner of the Ribbon & Lace challenge will also be announced.
For December we are asking for Shimmer, Sparkle & Shine as suggested by Val. This time of the year there is certainly plenty of sparkle and shine so it is a timely theme. Please remember to include at least one Stampsmith stamp in your artwork.
I selected the Eiffel Tower image from Christmas Cards #1. This plate consists of four stamps which are just that little bit different for Christmas. This card is all about Sparkle, Shimmer and Shine. The cardbase (7″x5″)was covered with a light cream glitter cardstocktrimmed with winter white glitter cardstock and beautiful shimmer trim topped with a white bow.
Stamping onto cream pearlescent cardstock creates extra shimmer, with the edges trimmed with Venetian Gold glass glitter. Using a Sakura Stardust pen I highlighted the Eiffel Tower image. Final touches of a beautiful vintage button.Whether you go for some subtle touches of sparkle or decide to delve into all your sparkly supplies, as always, just have fun but please remember to share your artwork with us!
As always, all details available at the Challenge Blog. Good Luck.

An absolutely gorgeous creation Lynne. All the delicate lace and sparkle is so lovely with the beautiful Paris theme.
Thanks for your lovely comment too and it’s so wonderful to find my artwork made the top 3. I did email Valerie to say thank you as I didn’t realise it was your top 3 and she kindly sent me the badge which I haven’t yet had time to put on my blog with the news. I’m hoping to do the new challenge as I now have some more Stampsmith stamps so will add the news there.
    Have a lovely weekend.
    Hugs, Fliss xx
