Hello Everyone
As Sunday’s post was quite lengthy I thought I’d make this scheduled post a more brief affair.
Back in July, June at Dezinaworld announced a new png set consisting of 7 Marie Antionette images., now if you are fans of Marie then this set will be irresistible.
I selected the Marie I wanted to work with, setting her against a postcard image available from French Kissed Postcards. After printing I added some stamping using stamps from Oxford Impressions. (Versailles plate). 
The notebook was covered with canvas which I painted and stamped, layered with lace, a paper doily then the postcard image was added trimming it with picot edged ribbon and more lace.

The bow (Oxford Impressions’ The Dressmaker) was stamped onto found paper. 
A ribbon bookmark was added as a finishing touch.

Oh my word Lynne! This is breathtakingly beautiful, sigh… With a lovely notebook like this a girl should really practise her handwriting before jotting down notes. It should most certainly be swirly and slanted (in my view anyway 😉 Oh, what a joy it would be to find Marie’s real love letters in it! Or is my imagination running wild now? Take care, Ira

I wouldn`t have guessed the bow is of paper, looks so real, and I love the blue flower you gave beautiful Marie on her dress, and she is wonderful placed on the old Carte Postale-.
