Brrrr! Wrap Up It’s Cold Outside (FSC#38)

Hello Everyone
Today sees the final Fashionable Stamping Challenge challenge theme for 2012.   For the next fortnight we are asking for you to Surprise Us. We ask as always that you include stamping on your entry and that no digi’s are allowed and of course we always have a prize available for the winner.
For my DT sample I am sharing a piece which is also DT art for Oxford Impressions.  I had intended to post this here in the run up to Christmas but ran out of time and as the theme is more wintry than Christmas I’ve decided that it will be my Surprise Us sample.
It is a 3d winter scene using various Oxford Impressions stamps (Season of Giving, Sleigh Bells and Winter Snow).  After purchasing some chipboard houses (from Crafty Individuals) I couldn’t resist creating a little stamped scene for the adorable children.  DIGITAL CAMERAIt wasn’t the easiest of pieces to photograph, trying to capture the depth and also the sparkle, there is lots of it as it was liberally covered with glass glitter.DIGITAL CAMERAThe roof of the house.DIGITAL CAMERA

Visit FSC to view the wonderful samples from my DT sisters.
Thank You for visiting this post.
Wishes
Lynne

Oh Lynne, you may have crafted an ‘icy tableau’ here, but this really warms my heart… You’ve created a wonderful scenery and it makes me want to play with the children and then go inside for a hot chocolate. Love this vivid atmosphere, a gorgeous piece of work. Thanks for your lovely friendship Lynne and for all of your wonderful visits to my blog in the year past, hope to be able to enjoy each other’s friendship and creativity for a long time to come! All the best, Ira x
