Wild! Let’s Go Wild!

Hello Everyone
A quick post today to share a card made using Crafty Individuals Elements set CI-390, a set with a distinctive safari/adventure travel theme to it.DIGITAL CAMERAThis card was made along the same style as previous art I’ve shared such as the canvas and tags.
Once again I stamped onto fabric. DIGITAL CAMERALayered onto various types of papers some of which were stamped with the CI crackle stamp (such a useful stamp).
I used scraps of corrugated cardboard which I had previously prepared with Rusting Powder and so all I had to do was add some swipes of paint. DIGITAL CAMERAThe sentiment is included in the Elements Set. I also stamped this onto fabric, layering with some crochet lace which I cut into to make it appear distressed.
At the other end of the card I once again used a piece of the corrugated cardboard and this time embellished with a wooden button. DIGITAL CAMERAThank You for taking the time to visit this post today.
A quick reminder that over at the Crafty Individuals Blog a challenge is underway. Well worth entering as there is a prize of a Crafty Individuals stamp, of choice, for the top five winners.
Wishes
Lynne

Love what you’ve done with the giraffe…the rust/paint finish on the corrugated cardboard is brilliant and you are so right about good crackle background stamps!

    Wild and beautiful, dear Lynne-
Wow for the rusted corrugated cardboard , that is gorgeous looking with the whiter background, and brown stamps,–The lace you cut to make look used and altered looks fantastic, too. Wonderful creation my friend.
