Edit:- Apologies that I did not create a link to the Gecko Galz site in the previous post.
To view all the DT samples for the National Cardmaking Day project then please visit Gecko Galz. Obviously I would be thrilled if you voted for my card (see previous post) but appreciate the wonderful collection of cards made by the other DT members.
Select the card you want to vote for and then e-mail your selection to geckogalz@yahoo.com.
You will then receive a free digi stamp!

Hello Everyone
Halloween is still in my mind but alongside it is Christmas especially when I received the October products from Gecko Galz and amongst them a fabulous new set of digi stamps called Figgy Pudding. I zoomed straight away to this delicate image of an angel and know for sure that I will repeatedly make use of this digi stamp beyond DT samples for Gecko GalzThe_Gift_of_Music_Altered_Matchbox_You will probably have guessed that this is an altered matchbox, selecting one of the larger matchboxes to alter. That is when digi stamps come into their own with being able to re-size so easily.
Lots of sparkle.birthdaycards 040With this being a Gecko Galz DT sample here is a supply list and instructions.
SUPPLIES:- Gecko Galz Figgy Pudding digi stamp, Oxford Impressions snowflake stamp, Archival Jet Black (Ranger), Golden Gesso, Golden Gel Medium, canvas printer paper, matchboxm gimp, guipure lace, velour ribbon, ribbon slide, two stick pins, feather, tulle, Deko Ice (crystal) and Sakura Stardust pen and white tassel.
INSTRUCTIONS:- Apply Gesso to matchbox then repeatedly stamp the snowflake.  Adhere the white velour ribbon to the edges of the matchbox.  Print Figgy Pudding digi stamp onto canvas printer paper, abrade the edges and then generously apply the Deko Ice.  Layer to the matchbox with white feather.  Tie tulle around the stick pins and tuck them behind the image.  Embellish the image by sliding the gimp through the ribbon slide and layering with guipure lace.  A final touch, attach the tassel to the matchbox drawer.
This image will crop up again very soon when I share the second October DT sample.
Thank You for visiting this post. If I haven’t managed to stop by to say Hello then I apologise but know that I will catch-up with you as soon as possible.
Wishes
Lynne
