His Adventurous Life

Hello Everyone
Today I share my first project for 2014 over at the That’s Crafty Blog.
This is an edited post as I have decided to enter my Huck Finn plaque at the Artistic Outpost Referral for the month of January with its Anything Goes theme.
This project sees me using the Huck Finn stamp plate for the first time as I only received it from Laura at That’s Crafty in December. Has been so lovely to sweep Christmas stamps and images aside and play with stamps to a different theme.
huckfinnplaqueDetail photographs (of which there are quite a few!), my supply list and instructions as to how I went about creating this plaque can all be viewed at the That’s Crafty Blog.
Thank You for your visit to this post and I will say thank you in advance for anyone who takes the extra trouble of visiting my post at That’s Crafty.
Have a lovely Sunday and hope I haven’t caused too much confusion with the edit to this post!

This reminds me of going to Disney Land, California as a child with the big steam paddle boat. Love how craft work can transport you in time, if only for a moment.

Looking forward to following your blog this year,
    Julie x
