Her Glamorous Life

Hello Everyone
To start my Blogging week I am sharing my latest sample made for Gecko Galz using an image from the beautiful My Fair Lady image sheets. On seeing this collection of images I knew immediately I would have to make a piece of wearable art.
With this being a Gecko Galz DT post, as always I share my supply list and instructions.
herglamorouslifelynnemoncrieffThe elongated shape of this particular image was the perfect fit for a Memory Frame.
Charms in the form of the Eiffel Tower and perfume atomizer embellish the pendant along with pearls and a chain tassel.
I couldn’t leave the rear of the pendant blank so I stamped onto painted book text the word Femme, adorned with a snippet or two of lace.
Gecko Galz My Fair Lady (1)
Ranger Memory Frame and glass
Oxford Impressions Beloved Stamp Plate
Staz-on Jet Black ink
Gesso (Golden)
Extras:- Low gloss cardstock, jewellery findings, pearls and crystals, Eiffel Tower, bow and perfume bottle charms, chain, ball chain, crystal, metal frames, lace scrap and painted French book text
For the Memory Frame first apply Gesso to French text then stamp Femme. Add lace fragments then with the My Fair Lady image sandwich between the Memory glass and insert into Memory Frame.
Gather jump rings in various patinas (creates more interest), metal frames, charms, pearls and crystals to create pendant. Cut fine metal link chain to form tassel. Attach to the Memory Frame.
You now have an elegant pendant to wear to your next soiree!
Thank You for your visit to my Gecko Galz DT post.
I hope you all have a great week.

I hugely admire people who can make jewelry, (I am hopeless with pliers or anything chain related ). What you have done here looks amazing. Love how you put the image together with the other bits and pieces! It looks stunning!
