A Family Affair (Published!)

Hello Everyone
Thank You for joining me for this scheduled post.
I was so thrilled to see two rusted fabric wall hangings published as a feature article in The Stampers’ Sampler (Apr/May/June).
(A little sidenote about the stamp set, My Story, which as well as being available for purchase directly from Oxford Impressions, it can now be sourced in the U.K. at That’s Crafty).DIGITAL CAMERAThe rusted fabric has almost a weathered leather appearance.
Alongside the rusted fabric there is also textured cardstock and cork. DIGITAL CAMERAFabric scraps which I lightly stained were another stamping surface. DIGITAL CAMERAAt the time of scheduling this post I have not managed a catch-up session to your own Blogs.
Time is always precious so as much as I appreciate your visits to my Blog (which I really do appreciate so much), I do understand if you choose not to visit until I am back in Blogland. You have been so incredibly loyal.
I can only hope that I manage to dip in and out a bit more than I have been able to do so, during this week.

Love this masculine creation and what a great title! Big congrats again, Lynne! Don’t you worry about blog visits and just when you can. Life can become just that and requires extra time. I am finding it more and more difficult to keep up on commenting as if I craft for a couple of days, I miss something! Hopefully people will understand. Hugs and you take care!

Oh , this is so wonderful, how fantastic is your rusted fabric, Lynne, it looks like old leather tapestry, BEAUTIFUL, -and the stamps are so wonderful, love how you used them, and made them be a part of the rusted fabric by staining them. What a gorgeous project, -ofcourse it should be published, !!!! congratulations, my dear.
