Greetings From Father Christmas (published in The Stampers’ Sampler)

Hello Everyone
To start this brand new week I am sharing a quick, scheduled post with you.
This is one of the cards I was so happy to see made it to publication in the latest issue of The Stampers’ Sampler (more about this issue another time) featuring a beautiful Saint Nicholas collage style stamp from Oxford Impressions, in fact all the stamps on this card are from Oxford Impressions.
greetingsfromfatherchrismas1This photograph shows the glow from the metallic paints and gilding waxes along with sparkle from mica flakes which were scattered along the edges of the St Nicholas image.detailoneThank You for your visit to this post.

Gilded vintageness, Lynne! Love your use of gilding wax, that’s sooo regal! Love the color of the mica flakes you’re using around the St. Nick image 🙂 Gives it even more poshness 🙂 Is that silk cording in the corner, too?! No wonder Stamper’s Sampler published this 🙂 XOXO-Shari

Your Father Christmas card is oh SO very charming.
Special touches like that bit of green trim at the top and lace at the bottom really do add that certain something!
