She Creates Art … She Is An Artist

Hello Everyone
Last month, for a friend’s birthday I made a card for her using the fabulous little girl from Redlead’s Shine Bright set. This friend is a wonderful artist so I paired the little girl with some stamped and stencilled words relating to her artistry.
However, for some reason I didn’t photograph that particular card but I have this variation to share with you which is also a sample for Redlead Paperworks. .
Redlead Supplies:-
Shine Bright
She Makes Art
Stamp Some Tape – Dots
Little Labels – She Knows All Things Are Possible
Stencil – She Creates Dreams
sheisanartistonelynnemoncrieffI wanted a grungy feeling to the background so I repeatedly stamped She Makes Art, stamping into the Grungepaste and Frescos which were not completely dry.Β sheisanartistfiveThe She Creates Dreams stencil is really wonderful because it is such a great size with a good mixture of words for you to create your own sentiments.
sheisanartisttwoThis Little Label completes my sentiment.sheisanartistthreeSo there we have it, my first scheduled post for this brand new week. Thank you for your visit.
Wishes
Lynne

Wonderful idea to use the stamps all over the background, dear Lynne,- and to let the girl become like part of the background, too- The words are lovely, to use, and as always I love your textured background. (That was a lot of background talk, lol )
Sending you a hug, dear friend.
    Dorthe, xx

I love the colour scheme and the image is really sweet. A different style but it’s good to shake things up a bit now and then.
