Illuminating Heart (PaperArtsy Tutorial)

Hello Everyone
Second post today, this time to share that I have a new tutorial over at the PaperArtsy Blog.

    Lynne, this shabby vintage style heart necklace and gift box are beautifully done. Love the design of both. The tutorial is a good one and your use of the Paper Artsy paints is wonderful.
