Last year I received some nature stamps from the lovely Redlead. As far back as October, November, I used some of the stamps to make birthday cards but never intended to share them here. However, Redlead Paperworks have announced some new releases, more nature themed stamps, so I thought I would go ahead and share the cards from last year in one, speedy post.
If you are interested in Redlead stamps then you might want to know that at the time of drafting this post, the new releases are on sale, for a limited time only. You will find the stamps on this card, HERE.Embellishments were kept to a minimum, a piece of painted deli paper and scrap of fabric, a beautiful coppery satin fabric shot through with green, that my lovely friend Dorthe gifted to me and at the opposite corner, a slice of wood, painted and stamped with the word Bird and to top it off, a wooden bead. Two birthday cards featuring stamps from HERE. Both the bird, above and the butterfly, are such generous sized stamps.Washes of watercolour, picking the colours from the fabric scrap added to each card.So there we have it, a quick post to squeeze in before I share a scheduled post.
