This journal was one of my most special projects made, so far, this year. I am already looking forward to working on another journal and will definitely, at some time, take the step of actually journaling, as that will be a huge step for me.
This journal was certainly made all the more special for featuring my Affirmations.
Thank you so much for your visit today.

Her Artful Heart – TC16april

Hello
Last week, over at That’s Crafty, I said I would be sharing Part II of my journal but due to Gremlins, it is this post I am sharing instead.
This project features one of the Character Constructions stamps available from That’s Crafty, Inner Child No. 5.   The heart paper doll is the largest stamp from the set but I also included some of the other stamps.
That’s Crafty are the only U.K. stockists of Character Constructions stamps, stocking selected stamps.  If you are interested in any Character Constructions stamps that do not appear on the That’s Crafty website,  Laura Holland will welcome your enquiries.  To view the complete catalogue of Character Constructions stamps, visit HERE.
All details for this project can be viewed HERE.

My Story, I Will Journal (Part I)

Hello
This week, over at the That’s Crafty blog, I am sharing the journal which I made as a recent sample for That’s Crafty’s HOCHANDA shows.
This was a special project to work on, the first time I have worked on a completed journal and my first project featuring my stamps, Lynne’s Affirmations which have been produced by That’s Crafty.

It is a photo heavy blog post HERE and I also share the process for creating this journal and what inspired the stamps.

We have had enquiries from residents of the U.S.A. asking about shipping costs for the stamps to the U.S.  Please, email That’s Crafty with your enquiries or contact me and I contact Laura Holland on your behalf.  The shipping costs noted on the site are not reflective of the true shipping costs of the stamps to the U.S.A.
Many thanks for your time.

Art Girl

Hello
I am sure you can relate, I do not like anything going to waste, so when I had some of the frame elements, left over from creating shrine samples for That’s Crafty, I laid them aside knowing I could continue the fun later.
With That’s Crafty now re-stocking, selected Character Constructions stamps, I thought it would be fun to play with some of the Paris Flea stamps and give this art girl a cosy home.  I’ve played with Paris Flea many times since receiving the collection last year, it is fun to mix ‘n’ match and bring life to the paper dolls with your imagination.

All details of this project can be seen HERE, including specific stamps and how I formed the paper doll element.  I also sneaked in one of my Affirmations!  I still have more to write about the Affirmations but have to say, heartfelt thanks for the reaction, I never imagined I would ever have stamps and then to have them so warmly received, it has been overwhelming.

Thank you so much for your visits and your kind words about the sneaky peeks I’ve shared. It seemed such a big step to work on this journal and yet I enjoyed every minute of it and my regret is that time wasn’t on my side to have actually added some journaling which will be a huge step for me but one I am prepared to now challenge myself with.
I also appreciate that recent posts have been very much focused on new product launches and so I am even more grateful for your visits because hard sells can sometimes be too much!!!
